In conceiving this book, we set ourselves an ambitious goal: to accompany along the path of corporate quality, from the field to the cellar, even those who have no knowledge of agronomy and oenology, and make them understand the way we understand the relationship between tradition, innovation and territory.
In eighteen years, we have developed lines of research aimed at better understanding the characteristics of the soil and climate, recovering and enhancing the genetic heritage of the Sagrantino vine, and optimising traditional forms of cultivation.
This wealth of knowledge, acquired through collaboration with the Department of Plant Production of the University of Milan, is what allows the company to constantly raise the standards of production quality and relationship with the territory, understood as a value.
