The experience will begin inside the exclusive Enoteca Monte della Torre where accompanied by
by a Wine Educator you will have the opportunity to enter the world of this historic vine
discover stories and anecdotes of the company that rediscovered it and elevated it to the level of the
world, turning Montefalco into one of Italy's most important wine centres.
Your sensory journey will begin with a tasting of the first Metodo
Classic Plus Noir.
Subsequently, the itinerary will wind its way between the exterior and interior of the winery, going through all the
stages of the production process. The discovery of the barrique cellar will be accompanied by tasting
of the 'Cuvée Secrète' label, a white wine made from the estate's best white grapes,
with a developed olfactory spectrum thanks to a rapid passage in French oak.
The reserved access located in the barrique cellar will take you back to the charming rooms of the Enoteca Monte
of the Tower where you can taste our wines from the comfort of your seat. A journey that will
will transport you into an exclusive multi-sensory dimension, that of the Sagrantino cru and its
passito expression. Paired with a refined selection of typical gastronomic products
