This unique journey begins at Enoteca Monte della Torre, where our Wine Educator will welcome you and guide you through a tasting tour of the Signature Collection line. These wines are crafted using full vinification techniques in collaboration with internationally renowned French oenologist Michel Rolland.
Your exploration continues in the barrique cellar, where you will taste two exceptional labels-Malcompare Umbria Pinot Nero IGT and Belcompare Umbria Merlot IGT-both expressions of Arnaldo Caprai’s ongoing pursuit of experimentation and innovation.
The reserved seating in the barrique cellar provides an intimate setting before returning to the evocative rooms of the Enoteca, where you can taste our wines in complete comfort and privacy. During the tasting, you will have the opportunity to compare the current vintage with the 2013 vintage, experiencing the evolution of Sagrantino over time and its remarkable aptitude for ageing.
Each wine will be paired with a refined selection of Umbrian gastronomy, completing a sensory journey that celebrates the region’s heritage, craftsmanship, and culinary excellence.
