1. PicNic under the Stars 

A total experience, combining the charm of a Exclusive PicNic among the vineyards of Cantina Arnaldo Caprai, at the starry sky of August nights.

It starts at 19:30 when, after a welcome glassyou will be escorted to your reserved seat where you will enjoy an appetising PicNic based on:

• Delicious panzanella made according to a traditional recipe.
• Torta al testo stuffed with superior quality artisan pork.
• Tasty supplì.
• Selection of tasty baked vegetables.
• Traditional Umbrian sweets to end on a sweet note.
• 1 Glass of Grecante and 1 Glass of Merlot from the Arnaldo Caprai Winery (included).

From 9 p.m. the experience on the wonderful terrace turns into an open-air party where between the notes of the Blue Quartet, you will be served 1 cocktail to choose from 3 proposals made by combining the skilled art of Mixology with Arnaldo Caprai wines.

You will close the evening at the stroke of midnight with a guided tour at night of the winery to discover the Sagrantino production process!

2. Shooting Star 

An experience designed for those who want to enjoy the evening quickly by deciding on the spot how to address it. Entrance to the terracelive music by the Blue Quartet tasting a glass of Metodo Classico Arnaldo Caprai sparkling wine.

3. Goblets of Stars SOLD OUT

The most iconic experience! Access the terraceenjoy live music by the Blue Quartet while tasting a goblet of Arnaldo Caprai Metodo Classico sparkling wine and a goblet of Merlot Arnaldo Capraiall accompanied by delicacies.

4. Wine Nocturne 

Add to offer Goblets of Stars the unique and exclusive experience of visiting the Arnaldo Caprai Winery on a night tour which will begin at midnight. In a group and accompanied by a Wine Educator, the secrets of Sagrantino will be revealed to you amidst the stillness of the night.

Music under the Stars

During the evening and included in all experiences, from 9 p.m. the Blue Quartet will accompany you with a refined repertoire of Italian Jazz and Swingperforming songs such as 'Buonasera Signorina', 'Via con me', 'Tu vuò fa l'americano', 'Volare', and many others.

Myxology Corner

For the first time in the history of Cantina Arnaldo Capraiyou can try the three Cocktails made by combining the skilful dosages of the Mixology with the unique flavour of Arnaldo Caprai wines. The cost is € 10.00 per Cocktail.
